 Plastic Cascade Ring has large interspace, high flux, low resistance, which makes it  corrosion-resistant. Its minor energy consumption, low operational cost, light weight, easy loading & unloading, reusablility makes it especially suitable for industries such as gasoline, chemicals, chlorin, environmental protection, etc. Works perfect in  stripping towers/ absorption towers/ washers of medium/ low temperature. Application: Amine complexes desulphurization or decarbonization system, crude oil seperation, seperations of Crude and Vacuum Distillation Units, e.g. absorption &  desorption towers contributed to methanol seperation, organic acid seperation and so on.

Plastic Random Packing materials are tower packing apparatus made of heat-resistant, chemical corrosion-resistant plastics, i.e. polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), polyvinylidene fluoride Ethylene (PVDF) and so on.  It is characterized by high porosity, low pressure drop and low Height of Transfer Unit (H.T.U), high flooding point, sufficient gas and fluid contact, small specific gravity, high Mass Transfer efficiency. While being applied in different mediums its tempreture varies from 60 to 150. They can be widely used in towers of petrochemical, chemical, gas, environmental protection etc.
