The most universally applied Plastic Rosette Ring, which consists of several circle rings knitting together, is made from PP. Due to the higher liquid holdup of the crevices, liquids in the tower could stay longer. Hence the liquid-gas contact could be prolonged and the Mass Transfer Efficiency of the packing materials could be promoted. Featured by large void rate, low pressure drop and Height of Transfer Unit (H.T.U), high Flooding point, abundant liquid-gas contact, low proportion, high Mass Transfer rate, Rosette Rings are highly harnessed in gas cleansing and towers of purification.

Plastic Random Packing materials are tower packing apparatus made of heat-resistant, chemical corrosion-resistant plastics, i.e. polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), polyvinylidene fluoride Ethylene (PVDF) and so on.  It is characterized by high porosity, low pressure drop and low Height of Transfer Unit (H.T.U), high flooding point, sufficient gas and fluid contact, small specific gravity, high Mass Transfer efficiency.
