ceramic media has the characteristic of large specific surface,low water absorption, low pressure drop.It is widly used in the RTO system,RCO system, CO system, and other for VOCS destruction purpose ,as well as saving energy.

The composition include Alumina Oxide Porcelain, Cordierite dense, Mullit porous.Specification have 150*150*50mm,150*150*150mm,150*150*300mm.

Volatile organic compounds VOC can be removed from waste gases by treatment through a regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO). 

An RTO contains a ceramic heat exchanger bed that is utilized for the preheating and cooling of the waste gases before the gases enter and exit the combustion chamber, respectively. 

Honeycomb monoliths provide a more efficient alternative to other ceramic media, such as saddles or balls, that have conventionally been used in RTOs

Ceramic honeycomb materials are mainly utilized in heat recovery unit of RTO s instead of ceramic saddles.
