Metallic Corrugated Tower Packing

Standard metallic packing includes: metallic perforated corrugated plate, metallic thornlike perforated corrugated plate, metal plate and corrugated net, metallic threadlike perforated corrugated plate, corrugated metal wire net. They are widely used in separating heat sensitive materials, such as in vacuum fraction processes in the petroleum, chemistry, flavour factory and medicine industries. They can also be used in isotope separation.

Perforated Corrugated Plate Tower Packing

Features:
Perforated plate corrugated packing have a high number of theoretical stages, per metre 0.3-1.8mbar pressure drop per theortical stage, with the most economical load range with F factor of 1.5-3m/s Kg/m3.
Materials:
Stainless steels, 304L, 316L, carbon steels, aluminium, copper, bronze etc. Other materials available in accordance with clients requests.
Applications:
Perforated plate corrugated packing have a wide range of applications.
Diameter: 0.2-12m; Pressure: Vacuum to high pressure; Liquid flow rate: 0.2 to more than
300m3/m2h; System: Ethypbenzne/styrene, fatty acid, cyclohexanone/cyclohexanol,caprolacion, etc. Absorption and desorption.

Wire net packing has a high number of theoretical stages, minimum pressure drop per metre and small hold-up. The most economical load range: F factor 1.5-2m/s kg/m3; minimum liquid load approx: 0.2m3/m3

Stainless steels, carbon steels,304L, 316L, copper bronze etc. Further materials available on clients request.
