Plastic Pall ring packing has the feature of low pressure drop, large flux and high efficiency. Compared with the Pall rings of the same size,the HYPAK packing has the lower pessure drop and higher mass transfer efficiency, and in whose packing layer the liquid  distributes well. Since it opens many fenestraes in the walls , the gas and the liquids in the packing tower can freely pass from the fenestraes, so compared with the lasching rings,the sitiation of distribution of the gas and the liquid in the packing layer of the Pall rings improves greatly.Especially,the inner surfaces of the Pall rings can be wetting easily, so that the inner surfaces can be fully used.Therefore,compared with the rasching ring of the same material and specification, the Pall rings have larger capacity of passage, lower pressure drop, high efficiency of separation and larger Operational flexibility. Generally in the same pressure drop, the processing capacity of the Pall rings can increase 50% above than the Rasching rings;in the same throughput, the pressure drop of the Pall ring packing is just half of the Rasching ring packing.

Adapted to the various separation,absorption and desorption equipment,normal atmospheric pressure reduced and vacuum distillation paant,decarburateing and desulfuration systems,ethyl benzene separation,and Iso-octane/toluene systems.
